It is a 3 bedroomed one storey 1910 villa with a 'sleep out' - which means an extra room attached but with a separate entrance. There is a laundry with shower and toilet which also acts as a second bedroom. There is a bathroom with bath in the house and the living area is open plan with kitchen, eating and lounge all in the one huge space. There is a front porch and the back has a deck and verandah.
There is a large garden with vegetable patch and a coupe of fruit trees.The garden also has a small brazier that doubles up as a barbq and there is a large trampoline. The shed at the end of the garden houses the lawnmover and a couple of bicycles.

About the location

Nelson is called a City but in fact is more the size of a large town in the UK. It is a working port with all amenities, library, banks, supermarkets, market twice a week selling food, local produce and Nelson crafts. The beach is 10 minutes away in the car, there is the Abel Tasman National park an hour away where there are walks and kayaking etc... Nelson offers walks, mountain biking, rivers and beautiful landscape. There is a ski field run as a club, situated an hour and a half away with all renting facilities.
