There are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite on the main floor Sat TV, ceiling fans, central heating. There is a totally seperate studio double apartment with shower room en suite and all facilities on the lower floor. Rectangular private pool. South facing with a fantastic view over the vineyards to the mountains. Sunny all year. Although only 5 minutes walk to Moraira centre (the pearl of the Mediterranean) it is a very private house .with a huge range of different restaurants nearby. A large marina.
About the location
Beautiful beaches all along the coast, El Portet has a gold star. The views across the valley are beautiful to the mountains. Benidorm is 30 mins away either by car or mini train. Famous for its almond blossoms in February, cherries in May, its own organic wines. There are site seeing day trips, the ferry from Denia to explore the Balearics. Petanque, bowling clubs, tennis, squash, horse riding, in fact everything. Quaint villages.
