About the location

Fishguard is a pretty little quirky old town on the corner of south west Wales, just before you get to Ireland...

A fantastic view over the harbour at the end of the road (50yds) - which is on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path (National Park).

People come to Pembrokeshire

-for clean wide beaches (blue flag)
-for coastal sports (surfing, kayaking, Kite and wind surfing, sailing, coasteering etc.)
-for cycling (hilly rural routes)
- for walks (inland moors or the Coastal Path),

On the other hand Oak wood theme park and Tenby resort are only 40 mins away.

The house offers the convenience of being 'in town' (everything accessible on foot) in a rural area.

Small and scenic (pop 3500) yet we have a train, some buses, a new leisure centre with gym and swimming pool - and a ferry to Ireland!
