Our house is a detached 4 bedroom property with a large rear garden with football goals and a large trampoline. We have off road parking for 2 cars, bikes and 2 sailing dinghy's available for use. We have a family bathroom, a shower room and a downstairs toilet.
The 4 bedrooms are located upstairs and are 1 double, 1 twin, & 2 singles. We also have a double sofa. Downstairs we have a TV room, a large lounge and open plan kitchen/dining area. There is a separate washing area with a washing machine & tumble dryer.

About the location

It is situated on the top of a hill backing onto a park with a children's play park, football pitches, a skate park and multi use games area. The island offers lots of wonderful places to explore including beaches, cliff top walks, Michelin starred restaurants, and beautiful scenery. Our closest is beach is Gurnard beach which is only a 10 minute walk. Cowes town centre is 10 minutes down the road with a marina, interesting shops, excellent restaurants & Gastro pubs. There is a local leisure club nearby with a swimming pool, and tennis courts.
There are good connections to Southampton (30 minutes by hi-speed passenger ferry) and London (1.5 hours by train from Southampton). A short drive to Ryde where you can get a car ferry or hovercraft to Portsmouth and a short drive to Yarmouth where you can take a ferry to Lymington, and the New Forest.
