A bright fully refurbished 2nd floor Apartment

This is my main apartment now, swaps only .....to Scotland, Poland, Hungary, Romania at the moment.
The Apartment is very cosy to live in, decently furnished with all the necessary amenities including AC`s to beat the summer heat, so if you are looking for a cosy place with a lot of small extras to make your holiday a great one, look no further.
It has large double bedroom with a sea view balcony with seating options, large twin spare bedroom including desk area, Fully equipped kitchen and a large Bathroom.

Wifi and smart IPV TV`s are available in all the apartment.

We will provide a comfortable bedding with clean linen and towels/beach towels.
Also when possible we would like to take our guests for some sightseeing trips if the swap is a non simultaneous one...and we have some time free while you are in Malta.

About the location

The Apartment is in Ghadira/Mellieha, just 3mins away from the sea.

The Mellieha/Ghadira area is great for Hiking, walking, diving, swimming, eating out, Nature, Culture and Sightseeing.

Decently priced and good quality Restaurants, Bowling and also some good pubs can be found nearby!

Also It is a great base, for a relaxing holiday, and perfect for a day trips to Gozo/Comino/St Pauls bay/Bugibba/ Golden bay/Sliema and Valletta, lots of info will be provided if need be!

Public transport:.
A weekly pass for Buses is €21.00 each,
Summer €2.00 per 2hrs trip, change of bus is permitted.
Winter €1.50 per 2hrs trip, change of bus is permitted.
Buses :normally operate from 05.30 till 23.00 all year round and later services with night buses in summer or weekends. Please note that the buses can be a bit slow on certain times.

Bus X1 goes directly from the Airport to Mellieha/Ghadira...the bus stop is just before the Luna complex 4mins walk away!
