Happy Spacious Family Home

Our home is whatever you want it to be. We move around the space all the time to suit our changing needs. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with a log cabin in the garden that my eldest son has claimed as his own. Music, movies and late night teenage chats all go on without the rest of the household hearing a sound. Three further bedrooms are situated downstairs in addition to a light and sunny living room and a new kitchen with all modern appliances. There is a large bathroom upstairs with a separate shower and jacuzzi bath. There is also an additional toilet downstairs. We do have lodgers so you would be sharing your stay with them but we find there is plenty of room for everyone and lots of interesting and vibrant conversation to be had. One of the lodgers is a professional musician and the other a chef. Out side we have a lovely garden to sit in, drink a glass of wine and relax. We have a drive with space for two cars and a bus stop just outside the house that will take you to the city centre in fifteen minutes.

About the location

Brighton and Hove is a vibrant modern and exciting city by the sea on the South coast of England. There are countless activities, excursions and experiences on offer as we are not only by the sea but also set in the South Downs so have the advantage of both seaside and countryside on the doorstep. London is a fifty minute train ride away and our house is 300 metres from the main road to London which will take 80 minutes by car.
Brighton is well known for its shopping areas, particularly the Lanes and after shopping you can take advantage of the coffee culture that spills out onto the seafront.
In our immediate area we have Hove Park where you can eat, play tennis, table tennis or football, ride on a miniature train or walk around the 2kms of parkland before strolling down to the seafront. On the way to the seafront you will pass the Hove shopping area, George Street, where you can shop, drink, eat and people watch.
There is so much to do in Brighton and Hove and so much more if you venture a little further. Whatever your interests you are sure to find a match in this wonderful city of Brighton and Hove in the South East of England.
