Canonbury overground (700m) takes 15 mins to Stratford and the Olympic park.

Highbury and Islington station (1300m) accesses the Victoria line tube taking about 20 min to the Mall, House of Guards and Hyde Park. Earl's Court is about 35 min by tube. Greenwich is on the Jubilee line which can be taken from Stratford. There is also a 24 hour cab office at the end of the road (100m).

The delis, shops and bars of Newington Green and an array of excellent local independent shops, including grocers, fishmongers, and a late opening supermarket are within 200m.
