Home on private lot

Home has a very nice private back yard with solarium,garden,2 lawn swings ,deck and a cat Charlie who likes to visit us.The garden has a high fence around it because the deer like to eat the flowers and veggies.One bed room has a very comfortable king size bed and there are 2 other bedrooms with single beds.On the main floor there is the kitchen,living room with 65 inch television and comfy leather couch,a sunroom with computer with high speed internet and a bathroom.The basement is finished with a play area for kids,a large air massage bath tub,sink and vanity and toilet,and one bedroom.

The nearest airport is about a 12 minute car drive away,and Saint John is also about the same.There are super markets,restaurants,a country market,bakeries,a hardware store and other stores within walking distance,A bit past the airport is Loch Lomand Lake which has very clean water for swimming,it supplies Saint John with drinking water.We are near the Bay of Fundy,Fundy Park,the Fundy Trail for rugged eco tourists ,nice scenery on the Saint John River and Sussex which is a dairy farming area.A lot of Dutch farmers have moved to this area.
