Warm natural simple home

Modest but pleasant 3 bedroom semi-detached house, located in the small village of Tywardreath on the south coast of Cornwall. Small studio in the garden that seeps two with an on-suite toilet. Garden is a little wild and gypsy-like but home is welcoming and comfortable. 5 minutes to the sea by car and access to multiple coastal paths, water-sports and horseriding. Train Station 10 minutes walk. Market town 15 minutes in the car with super markets, cinema, restaurants and other shops. Eden Project 10 minutes by car and the north coat 40 mins by car or an hour on the train directly to Newquay for surfing or a lovely day out. The house is facing south so in the summer moths the sun shines the the windows all day long. Lovely front garden for afternoon aperitif. Piano in the dining room and the living room sofa folds out into a double bed. No television but access to internet through downstairs and upstairs computers. I am a psychologist, shamanic healer and live here with my two children (18 and 16) who are both musiciens and artists. We are hoping to move to Brighton next year and are looking to spend a little bit of time this summer.

The South cost of Cornwall is a stunnily beautiful area, with a variety of landscape, the moors, field, costal path, forest.
There are multiple activities to access, water sports, Eden project, National Trust Properties.
The Nort Cost is 40 minutes car away, for windsurfing, wilder beaches and cliffs.
