Spacious family home - picturesque Cotswold Village

Welcome to our spacious family home in a character-filled Cotswold Village. Minchinhampton is set in the middle of National Trust land, in the heart of the Cotswolds, and enjoys extensive views across the Five Valleys, in beautiful rural England.

We`ve spent some time extending and improving our home; we have a double driveway to front, with a small front and large back garden. On the ground floor is a reception room (with sofa bed), open-plan kitchen, large family room with bifold doors, dining table, sofa and music system, double bedroom with en-suite shower room and utility room. Upstairs there are two children`s bedrooms, and a family bathroom, a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

In the bike shed are children`s and adult bikes you can borrow to make the most of beautiful Minchinhampton Common.

We have all the usual amenities that you would expect in a family home including dishwasher, wifi, induction hob, etc. We have 3 chickens and 1 cat.

About the location

The Cotswolds is one of the most beautiful rural areas in England, but within easy reach of major urban centres: Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham are easy day trips. London, Cardiff and Birmingham are all only an hour and a half by train.

The delightful and friendly Cotswold village of Minchinhampton has a small selection of shops, award winning cafes/restaurants and opens onto the stunning wide plateau of Minchinhampton common, overlooking the authentic town of Stroud. Easily accessibale are walks, bike rides, picnics, horse rides, and Minchinhampton Old Course for golf.

Stroud, Nailsworth and the Five Valleys have something for everyone of all ages, whether it`s the traditional pubs, individual shops, the weekly award-winning Farmers market, cycling, walking, the restored Canal tow-path, or in-door skate park!
