Lovely bright apartment in the heart of Eixample neigorhood

Our wonderful home is situated on Passeig De Sant Joan, one of Barcelona's major avenues running through the Eixample and Gràcia districts, and least not a new and sustainable urban green zone. Very centrally located (close to Metro Verdaguer), just a stones throw from Sagrada Familia, as well as a few minutes walk down the boulevard to Barcelona's Arc Del Triumph and Parc De Ciutadella. And only 30 minutes walk to the beech (or 15 by metro).
The apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor of a late 19th century-early 20th century building, with high ceilings and large antique Spanish windows facing the Paseo. Comprising of 1 bedroom (double bed, fits two), with the second bedroom converted into a study and dressing room, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and large sunny living room come dining room (together with a grand and comfortable sofa bed, fits three).
The flat first and foremost is our home; a welcome and loving place for family, friends and of course guests (children friendly. Take a coffee (or tea) on the balcony (we have three) as the sun comes up or draw the shutters after a late Catalan lunch (2.30pm) and indulge in a mid-day siesta. There's also a film projector to watch the latest flicks (for the warm balmy nights when you cannot sleep).
