Victorian terraced family house near Hove beach

Our house was built in the 1880s and is in a very quiet terraced street of similar houses. It is spread over three floors and has: a large living room, kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, small back garden. It has television and a wireless internet connection. You would be welcome to use our bikes, but we don't have a car - you don't need one here. We have a cat, Muschka, who would be staying in the house. She is very friendly and a bit needy!

Hove is the western half of the city of Brighton & Hove, the best-known holiday resort on the south coast of England. You can walk to Brighton City Centre along the sea front in 45 minutes, or cycle in 15 minutes, or take one of the frequent buses, which take 20 minutes. It is a 10 minute walk to the seafront from where we live, and a 2-minute walk to the shops, where you can get all of your daily needs. There are lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby. Brighton is great for wandering, people watching, quirky shops and culture – home to the Royal Pavilion, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and to the famous pier and the Lanes.
