A large detached 4 bedroom beautifully extended family home in leafy Surrey, overlooking a village pond. We have 1 double and 2 single bedrooms, with a master bathroom. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower and all is decorated to a high, modern standard.
A hallway leads to a separate dining room with piano downstairs, leading into a very large kitchen. You walk through the kitchen into our show-stopping lounge, full of light and art with a gliding garden door for summery suppers on our terrace. A decent sized garden includes football nets and a trampoline, with a gate opening onto a field behind provides a safe environment for little explorers.

Horse riding, the Surrey Hills, lakes and other treasures are all available on your doorstep.

About the location

45 minutes by train from London and a 45 minute drive from fabulous beaches at West or East Wittering, we benefit from being on the edge of the Surrey Hills. You can pick up in 10 minutes both the North and South Downs way for fabulous views over hills towards the sea, East Surrey or London. Surrey is full of beautiful National Trust homes, gardens, woodlands and arboretums.

Farnham is beautiful Georgian market famous for being a centre for arts, sculpture, textiles with a thriving arts community with the Maltings, University for Creative Arts and beautiful bijou boutiques. It's renowned for Frensham Pond, Alice Holt with its Go Ape Centre, and you may recognise Bourne Woods form the many movies that have been filmed there.

We are ideally located for a holiday that covers great days out in London, beautiful lazy days on the South Coast beaches, hiking in hills, exploring historic palaces and fabulously classy shopping in Guildford. Perfect for all the family!
