Village House

Our home is a modern 3 bedroom link detached house, with parking available. We are on a quiet cul de sac with a private, enclosed, south facing back garden.

We have 2 guinea pigs living in the garden. We can arrange for opening the Eglu hutch and to be fed by friends/ neighbours, or if you would be interested in doing this, we can leave food and instructions.

About the location

We live in a large village close to the market town of Newton Abbot and the cultural local town of Totnes and Dartington. For foodies there are lots of great cafes and restaurants locally, including the Riverford Farm Kitchen, numerous venues in Totnes and Exeter and nearby Dartmouth.

Ipplepen has a playground, tennis courts, post office, small shop, pub, farm shop and church all within walking distance.

There are lots of walks and outdoor sports nearby on Dartmoor and we are close to the South West Coast Path. Within 10 miles of seaside towns of Teignmouth, Dawlish, Torquay and the fishing port of Brixham. We are close to wilder beaches in the South Hams, good for surfing and paddle boarding.
