Large 3bedroom apartment with garden & 2 garages in the centre of Zagreb
Our home is a family apartment with an enclosed den and a garden with a swing and a terrace. It is ideal both for children and adults. The house was built in the 1930's, but we fully refurbished the apartment 5 years ago when we moved in. Our street is in the very center of Zagreb, but it is quiet, green and residential. We are a 10-minute walk away from the main city square and a 2-minute walk away from a tram station and a supermarket. An American international school and a Montessori kindergarten are in the neighborhood. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk away from a major sports center (Salata), containing a number of tennis courts, a public outdoor swimming pool, a skating ring, a gym and a number of other sport facilities. There are many parking spaces in the street, but our apartment has a double garage (a car is also negotiable).
Our apartment has a beautiful view of the city. It is fully furnished and very well equipped. We have a spacious living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A kitchen has a door to the garden/terrace. The dining table seats 4 but can be easily extended to seat 10. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-door fridge, a garbage disposal and all other necessary utilities. The apartment has internet access (Wi-Fi), air-conditioning, central heating, a variety of toys for kids, and bikes (adult and children's). The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large wardrobe. The apartment is very sunny and full of positive energy. A washer and a drier are located at the lower level of the apartment in the storage room. The lower level of the apartment has a separate entrance and contains one more room. It can be used as a guestroom, additional study, exercise room or for any other purpose.
