In historic market town of guildford. Close to parks, supermarket, train station and A3. Access to the north downs, amazing scenery, great walks, golf courses, fishing, cycling, horse riding etc. yet only 35 mins by train to the centre of London. Loads of national trust venues very close. 30 mins from Heathrow or 40 mins to Gatwick. Easy drive to Portsmouth, Winchester, Southampton, Windsor & Chichester. Great quiet neighbourhood popular with young families and incredibly friendly and safe. There are 3 indoor leisure pools very close with flames, slides, wave pools etc. and also an outdoor public summer pool.
