Located in a quite village on the edge of Bodmin Moor with spectacular views of the Camel Estuary out towards the North Coast of Cornwall. The House downstairs consists of a large kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, `Rangemaster` cooker, etc.) with space to eat in. A sitting/dinning room (TV with Netflix and Now TV, Blue ray player, Piano) which takes full advantage of the wonderful views, a study/TV snug , an entrance hall, a passage with coat hooks and a toilet. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (1 double with amazing views and en suite shower and toilet, 1 double with raised bed TV and PS3, and 2 single) and bathroom with bath, overhead shower and toilet. Outside is a big deck that gets sun most of the day with table and barbecue, a small patch of lawn and a slide to the lower deck for the kids to use. There is off-street parking for 1 car, and easy street parking for more vehicles.

About the location

In St Breward you will find a general stores/ Post Office, a good pub serving food and a café that does bike hire. It is a small, peaceful and friendly working Cornish village surrounded by the serenity of Bodmin Moor and its gentle rivers , fantastic if you like wildlife, walking, cycling and splashing in rivers. It is at the end of the Camel Trail which you can cycle along following the river to Padstow whilst staying safely off road. It is 20 minutes to the North coast beaches and fishing villages, such as Port Isaac and Polzeath, 35 minutes from the South Coast with pretty historic towns and sandy beaches such as Fowey and Mevagissay. We’re 30 minutes from the Eden Project, 50 minutes from Truro and an hour from Plymouth. You may recognise a lot of the local scenery from TV and films, especially Poldark and Doc Martin which are currently being filmed in the area.
