Sited on a quiet 'holiday complex' set in the Cornish countryside. Reverse accommodation offering fantastic, far reaching views from first floor living room balcony (looking over the countryside to Dartmoor in Devon) between Princetown around to the Tamar Bridge in the distance. Simple but quiet 2 downstairs bedroomed terraced house (with bathroom, separate toilet and the 2 bedrooms downstairs. So quiet and cool in summer) on a private 'complex'. No landline telephone. Fully equipped as I usually use this as my home. The 'complex' has a small gym, an indoor and outdoor pool (summer only). I do not pay for annual membership, but daily tickets are available. There is also a tennis court (at cost) and a small playground for kids (swings etc).

About the location

Beautiful 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' on the Devon/Cornwall border (Tamar river). Lovely Calstock riverside village (with impressive viaduct and nice friendly pubs) is 5 mins drive or a very pretty 45 mins walk through the valley and then along the riverside. Little, one track, 2 carriages, local train (very pretty rural route) to Plymouth (worth a trip purely for sightseeing?). South coast is approx 30 mins drive (or train to Plymouth) and North coast approx 40 mins drive.
