About the location

Our home is in a very quiet residential area looking onto conservation woodland area known at the bluebell woods. We are only a 5 minute stroll from the local beaches of Aldwick.

We often cycle to the beach and along the promenade up to Felpham where we have coffee watching the sailing boats out to sea.

We are within driving distance to nearby historic Chichester and Arundel boasting of its ancient cathedral and castle with stunning views of the south downs. A boat can be hired to take you down the River Arun whilst taking in views of Arundel's surroundings.

There are good bus links 2 minutes from our home accessing nearby towns and villages. The train station is approx. 7 minute drive; the train journey to London is approx. 1hr and is direct. Historic Portsmouth is also easily accessible by train, bus or car.
