House in a suburban area

My home is a single story townhouse situated in a quiet court in a small country town 1 hr away from Melbourne.
The town offers a variety of restaurants and shops with a friendly laid back feel.
It is also only a ten minute drive to a small mountain range where hiking and mountain bike riding is available.
I have also have a Holden commodore sedan which I'm happy for you to use, but a friendly transport system is also availabile. (Which I'll gladly help you use)

About the location

My house is within walking distance to the local shops, swimming pool and gym. It is approximately 2km from the local train station, a 20min drive to Geelong's town centre and 1hr to Melbourne either by train or car.
