Victorian House in the heart of Kemptown

The house features a roof terrace with views onto the sea, and a secluded courtyard garden with dining area and barbecue. In the basement, there is a large, modern equipped family kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and drier. On the ground floor the living room features a baby grand piano and cabled TV with Tivo and over 200 channels, a nice surround sound system, and a large collection of DVDs. There are two large bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other one with a single bed, and a smaller bedroom on the second floor with a high sleeper bed. There are two bathrooms in the house, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.

About the location

Situated in the heart of sunny Kemptown, one of Brighton's most liberal and artistic areas, one minute from the sea, and a short walk to the best bars, cafés and restaurants the town has to offer. In the other direction you may come across your neighbour musician Nike Cave as you walk past Lewes Gardens, the inspiration for the author Lewis Carroll and his iconic story Alice in Wonderland. The Marina is 5 minutes away and the South Downs National Park is within very easy access.
Trains run to London Victoria every 15 minutes until 1:00.
