Older style duplex house that has a front shared porch and a private fully screened back patio looking out onto garden. Wooden floors throughout. Neighbour is 75 year old female who is very friendly. My place is close to public transport, major shopping centre (Indooroopilly Shopping Centre), major university (UQ), general shops, gym, kindergarten, cafes and is reasonably close to CBD. There is off street parking in the drive way.
About the location
My area is quite central to everything. A residential area that atteacts both home owners and renting university students. This area has a lot of surrounding bushland and vegetation. A quiet street, however there are still a lot of people around due to my place being so close to kindergarten, major shopping centre and major university. My place does join onto the back of a kindergarten.
