Beautiful House in Charming Neighbourhood near the Historical Centre

I'm renting my beautiful 19th century house in Santa Maria de la Ribera, near the historical centre. It is truly a magical neighbourhood with lots of things to do and it's also very well located to explore the city.
The house has two storeys and a sunny patio full of plants and cactuses.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and a large living room with a very high ceiling. The living room is equipped with a fire place, comfortable couches and more exotic plants. It also has a guest toilet.
On the first floor, you will have access to a quiet bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom/toilet, and an office/library - which makes the house perfect for a retreat.

About the location

Santa Maria la Ribera was the first Colonia (district) built outside of the city centre. It has beautiful town houses and a very lively atmosphere. It is very green and quiet, although very close to the Centro Historico and Zocalo.
Close to the house you will find amazing places such as the Dalia Market, open daily and full of fresh vegetables, juices and street food.
On the same street there is El Reloj bakery with delicious croissant and bread, and a few blocks away you will find the beautiful Alameda with the Kiosko Moresco (which appears in Diego Rivera's famous painting "Dream of a Sunday Afternoon in Alameda Central Park). Very interesting museums, like el Chopo (contemporary art and indie cinema) or the Geology Museum are also a few streets away.
Sushi, pizzas and delicious Mexican food are served nearby.

The house is very well connected to other interesting neighbourhoods. You can take the Metrobus (cheap, fast and safe bus) to Roma and Condesa districts (15mn)
Direct buses to Chapultepec Park (and its museums) and Reforma (10mn)
Metro (subway) station to Centro Historico (15mn) and airport (30mn).
Taxis are also a cheap and convenient way to get anywhere ( a taxi ride to the Centro will cost you between 40MXN and 60 MXN)
