Characterful semi-detached house with large garden on a private road within city boundary

Our house is a 1920s semi, on a private tree-lined road within the Cambridge city boundary. Upstairs comprises of a double bedroom, a smaller second (girl's) bedroom with a bed which can become a double, a smaller single (boy's) bedroom and an office. We have a bathroom with a free standing bath and a shower within the bath.

Downstairs consists of a kitchen/diner, a lounge (with an aquarium), and toilet.

We have a 200 ft garden, with a trampoline and various outbuildings, along with a veggie and fruit patch.

We have a cat whose name is Roxy, who was a stray but is now firmly part of the furniture. She goes outside so there is no need for a litter tray.

About the location

Although we are only 20 mins walk from central Cambridge cafes and shops, we are in a beautifully quiet spot with lots of space around us. There is parking along our road and a driveway to park a car in front of our house. Cambridge is renowned as a beautiful University city and you will not be disappointed.
