House in beautiful Ghent

Our house is a town home in a quiet, dead-end street, situated in a low-traffic, residential part of town. It's a recently build passive house with ventilationsystem D and a heat pump, so the house is cool in summer and warm in winter and there is always fresh air.
Ground floor: living room (55m2) kitchen (10m2), toilet, garden with terrace (80m2), storage. First floor: sleeping room with double bed (13m2), sleeping room with single bed and extra bed (11m2), sleeping room with bunk bed (15m2), bathroom (with shower and bath). If necessary we can provide a babybed or an extra mattress.

We have two bicycles for adults, 3 bikes for children (for ages 3-7) and a bike-trailer (for 2 childres aged 1 to 5). From our house you reach the city-centre in 15 minutes (by bike or tram).

Our house lies in a 'pedestrian priority area', so the neighbourhood children all play on the street and there's a lot of contact with the neighbours.
Our street is part of a residential district. Most inhabitants are families with young(ish) children. Shops and several small parks/playgrounds are within walking distance.
