Beautiful Villa owned and managed by an American-Italian family in an upscale quiet neighborhood with a five minute walk or less to beach.

Three large comfortable floors. Easy to entertain a group of people on one living room floor while having a separate dinner and get together on another floor. Different living rooms and cooking areas.

The outdoor dining area has another large table for 10 people.

We have great restaurants, café, shops, etc within walking distance, well as countryside and historic places.

Villa has 3 floors with 2 large completely separate living room areas and kitchens where to entertain easily over 20 people.

It 4 main large bedrooms and 3 smaller rooms for one adult of two children. We also have small foldable beds that you can add to any rooms as well as many couches and different living room areas.

Has large terraces to suntan and relax in.

There are also laundry room fully equipped , an ancient beautiful wine cellar and a garage for 2 cars. A trusted cleaning lady can be organized if needed. Fully equipped with kitchenware, bed and bath linen.

About the location

Beautiful historic town of Anzio. Well known for its seaside harbour setting, it is a fishing port and the sole departure point for ferries to the Pontine Islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene. The sea over here is "blue flagged", meaning: cleanest water all around.

Anzio is ideally located near Castel Gandolfo, where the Pope spends his summers, Neptuno, and other beautiful Roman provinces.

The city bears great historical significance as the site of Operation Shingle, a crucial Allied landing during World War II.
