3 Bedroom Family House near Bath and Bristol

We live in a new(ish) estate, in a terraced three bedroom house, with a driveway and no road parking restrictions. On the ground floor there is a downstairs toilet, dining room (with seating for 6), lounge with French doors, TV and DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a super king bed (with brand new JL mattress), TV and en-suite with shower, family bath room with bath, bedroom with single bed and nursery with cot. We also have a camp bed which can be used either in the second bedroom or downstairs.
The garden is fully enclosed and with patio and garden furniture (seating for 6 plus deck chairs) and indoor and outdoor toys!

About the location

Paulton is a village, with two play parks, swimming pool, 3 pubs with the Red Lion less than 5 minutes walk away and has good weekend evening entertainment and serves food. There is a post office, Co-op, newsagents, various takeaways, library with coffee shop and a florist. The nearest town is around 2 miles away, which has a high street of shops, restaurants, cafes, soft play and leisure centre.
There are lots of country walks locally, which can begin at the front door. There is a farm shop about 1 mile away which you can walk to through fields. It has a cafe, separate soft play barn (for rainy days), boutiques, pottery painting, craft courses and local produce shop.

There is lots to explore locally, with or without children. Bath is 10 miles away by car (twenty minute drive) or 15 miles via picturesque cycle path. Bristol is 11 miles. There is a good bus service from Paulton to both. The smallest city in England, Wells is 8 miles away. We are also near Cheddar, Weston Super Mare, Glastonbury, Street (Clarks Outlet Village), Frome, Mells and Bradford on Avon.

Bath, a UNESCO world heritage site, is a wonderful city to visit. We enjoy the restaurants, parks, architecture, pubs and atmosphere- especially at the weekend and during the variety of festivals the city hosts.
