Our property consists of the main house which is linked by decking to a separate self contained 2 bedroom apartment. Located on an elevated 1 acre site, it has been designed to make the most of the panoramic views over Tasman Bay , the surrounding vineyards, and orchards with their mountain backdrop. It is simple, modern, and planned to made the most of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

The Tasman Bay region is a popular destination for international tourists, especially from Europe, Asia, and the Americas who enjoy the freedom and and beauty of the beaches, coast, mountains, rivers and lakes of the area. It is one of the more popular summer holiday destinations for NZers. The climate is moderate and enjoys the highest sunshine hours for the country. It is a mecca for artists and foodies and the many galleries, restaurants, wineries, boutiques breweries to be found. Adventure tourism is popular with variety of more edgy activities to be enjoyed beside the more relaxing pursuits of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing. The local golf courses are relatively cheap and seldom crowded.
