The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Sheffield - five miles from the city centre, but with very good tram, road and bus links. One mile to open countryside and the Derbyshire border. The house is bright, cosy, clean and comfortable, with bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and front and back yards/garden. There are shops within walking distance, as well as a community pond and small park.

Stanton Crescent is a small cul-de-sac in the Frecheville area of town. Frecheville is a quiet, suburban area within easy reach of open countryside, as well as excellent transport links into and out of Sheffield. Sheffield itself has a vibrant arts and music scene, a thriving independent cinema and theatre, and is only five miles from the stunning Peak District. It's also easy to get to and from Sheffield by train - 2 hours to London or Bristol, and less than an hour to Leeds and Manchester.
