There is also a bathroom with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer and a large, open plan lounge diner with two sofas, table and chairs and a downstairs WC.

The walled garden has table and chairs, pond and swinging seat and is a haven for wildlife. An ideal base for touring this beautiful area. Nearest towns are Chipping Norton, Witney, Woodstock and Burford but Charlbury has a large supermarket which is open till 10pm most nights. There are also four pubs and three cafes within a few minutes walk.

There are beautiful towns to visit whichever direction you drive in: Chipping Norton, Witney, Woodstock, Burford or Stow on the Wold. Oxford is only 10 minutes away by train and there is also a regular bus service to Oxford, Woodtsock, Witney and Chipping Norton. Soho Farmhouse is 15 minutes away.
