Fantastic Holiday Apartment overlooking the Port in Estepona with views to Gibraltar and Africa home swap
No. 9 is located on the 6th floor of a quiet apartment block overlooking the Marine Port in Estepona. It is a second home which is very well equipped and maintained.
The apartment faces south west and gets sun from early afternoon until sunset. The balcony overlooks the port and beyond to Gibraltar and North Africa. Whether it's your morning coffee or an evening drink, it is simply a gorgeous place to relax.
On entering the apartment a small vestibule (with storage) leads through an archway to the main living room. There is a dining area for 4 and a seating area for 4. At the end of the salon there are double width sliding doors leading to the balcony.
Turning right when you enter the hall leads you to a galley style kitchen which is equipped with everything including a microwave dishwasher and an oven/hob. Beyond the kitchen is a small utility area which contains a washing machine and a dryer.
In the hall, is a desk and chair for a computer etc. WiFi is available.
Continuing along the hall and turning right brings you to the main bedroom which is large, bright and airy. It overlooks the balcony (and the view). It's bright and airy with a double bed and lots of storage. It has a large full ensuite bathroom attached.
On the other side of the hall is first of all a shower room with WC and the second bedroom which has 2 single beds and lots of storage.
The apartment is full air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. There are fans in the bedrooms as well. It comes with its own parking space in the private underground carpark which has lift access.
There is an outdoor community pool. There are several beaches within easy walking distance. Shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy,a bus service and a taxi rank are outside the door!
About the location
Estepona is at the western end of the Costa Del Sol. It is a truly delightful Spanish town with great shopping, a fabulous promenade, lovely restaurants and tapas bars as well as plenty of golf courses and activities available.
