Minimum dates 24 August - 12 Sept 2026 or longer (preferably until 10 Oct).
Will be travelling much of the time after 12 Sept if shorter exchange preferred.

Our house is a two-level architect designed converted terrace which has been featured in design magazines and TV commercials.
There is a large parents` retreat upstairs and two other bedrooms downstairs.
Bedroom 1:
The main bedroom has a super king sized bed (203x203cm), ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, balcony, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2:
Double bed (135x189cm) and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3:
Currently used as a study with desk and ceiling fan.
There is a single mattress (92x189cm) which can be set up in this room if required (it is a proper inner spring mattress, not a blow-up bed)
Bathrooms:
In addition to the main ensuite there is one more bathroom with walk-in shower upstairs, a guest WC downstairs and an outdoor shower on the side deck.
Living areas:
There is a large downstairs open plan kitchen dining living area with a large smart TV (above ethanol fireplace) and bifold glass doors opening to the courtyard with gas BBQ and car access. There is also a large upstairs living area used as a study with unlimited WiFi internet and a sitting area with TV. There is a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer. The dining table extends to seat up to 12. The house is full of natural light and has great cross ventilation. Our house is in a very convenient and vibrant inner city area but inside it is calm and peaceful.

About the location

Our house is located in an inner Sydney suburb called Zetland, a five minute walk to Green Square train station. Our neighbourhood is very close to the city centre in an area that was once full of warehouses. It is now one of the most vibrant interesting areas of Sydney and has many great restaurants, cafes, wine bars and art galleries. It also has many beautiful parks and is a short car or bus ride from some of Sydney`s most iconic beaches like Bondi, Maroubra and Bronte. There is a beautiful aquatic centre and gym at the end of our street and an award winning library and a cultural centre nearby as well as a shopping centre with a large supermarket. Our area is serviced by frequent buses and trains and is only a couple of train stops from the city centre, airport, major theatres, Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.
