Goobadga

The house is situated about 600m from the main swimming beach. Upstairs it is a conventional 3 bedroom home and down stairs is a self contained guest accommodation with a queen bed and double bunks.
Until recently the upstairs has been holiday let since being renovated 4 years ago and we kept downstairs for our use .
We have moved into the house and thus we could exchange on a simultaneous basis for the house or a non simultaneous basis for the "flat"

About the location

South West Rocks is a village/town with a population of about 5,000 located between the larger centres of Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. It is a prime coastal holiday destination and caters to a wide range of aquatic and outdoor activities.
There are beautiful swimming beaches, the expanse of Trial Bay and the safe pristine water of Arakoon. There are fantastic coastal walks through National park to remote beaches and easily accessible park/picnic areas which abound (pun intended) with Aussie wildlife.
The estuary of the Macleay river offers a host of fishing and boating activities.
The town maintains its village atmosphere but has some modern restuarants, pubs and a large country club.
