Our home has 3 furnished bedrooms, plus two more bedrooms that consist of an office, an and art room. The kitchen was remodeled in 2013 with granite and all new appliances. There are wood floors through-out. We have a beautiful grand piano, a fire place and a movie room that has black velvet gothic sofa set with a 64 inch TV and a wet bar with a granite top and it's own fridge. The home is 5009 square feet. It has a two car garage and a screened room. This place is luxury but livable.
About the location
There are miles of paved paths going through a forest just a few blocks away. Our property is just over 1/3 of an acre. We have some tall trees on our property. There are four lakes here that all have a walking path around it.
We are near Washington DC, that is about a 15 to 20 minute drive. Then there is Baltimore, that is about 25 minutes away. Annapolis is a beautiful town, just 15 minutes away by car.
