COMFORTABLE HOUSE GIRONA

We live in a very comfortable house, one level 120 m2 built with a garage of 40 m2 in a 1,000 m2 ground with a swimimng-pool of 8×5 m. There is also an ecological orchard. The house is located in a residential area of Vilobí d’Onyar (3,000 inhabitants) near Girona (12 km).
The house consits of:
- Garage: Two cars and bycicles.
- Big Kitchen with all appliances, TV and DVD player.
- Dining room and lounge with a fireplace and plasma TV, DVD player, many books, table games and wii games.
- A room with a sofa bed ( 135 x190), shelves with many books, a desk with computer (Wireless internet connection).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Bathroom with bath.
- 2 Bedrooms with single bed (90 × 190) with built in cupboards
- 1 Bedroom with a bed size 150 × 190, with built in cupboard.
- Most of the garden is around the swimming pool, in front of a big terrace with a pergola.

About the location

Vilobí d'Onyar is a small town (3,000 inhabitants) with residential properties. There are some few shops ( bakeries, butcher's shops, chemist, restaurants, post office, three small supermarkets, greengrocer's, other shops such as shoeshop, flowershop,... It is located at 4 km far from Girona's airport. We are living just at the opposite direction of the airport, which gives us peace and quietness. We are in the middle of nature at 1km far from the centre of the village. To go to the village, we need 15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. There is a bycicle track just in our strret. This track goes to the village and other areas around. We are at a 30 minutes far from the Costa Brava beaches and for the mountain lovers, we are at a 30 minutes far from the Montseny Natural Park.
