This brand new home (built Feb 2015) is our second home for us to escape to the warm sunshine of Florida. The master bedroom [king bed] has large sliding glass doors that lead out to the covered lanai with serene water views. You can fish from the backyard! There is another bedroom [double bed] on the 1st (ground) floor and a loft area with a large 3rd bedroom [daybed with two twins] upstairs on the 2nd floor. The house features an open concept floor plan where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open to each other. In addition, there is a small den at the front of the house with a desk and chaise lounge, perfect for working, studying, or reading. There is a spacious garage with automatic opener for your rental car. The house is located in a gated community with a Resort-Style Amenities. There are two beautiful community clubhouses with Fitness Center, Library, Activity Rooms, Resort and Lap pools, 8 Har-tru tennis courts, Bocci, billiards, and gorgeous lake views. Walking paths wind throughout the community.

About the location

The closest beach is Manasota Beach, approximately 8 miles or 15-minute drive away on the Gulf of Mexico. Sarasota County has many beautiful beaches within a 30-minute drive of the house. The Venice beaches are famous for finding sharks' teeth. The cultural offerings of Sarasota are 30-40 minutes away. Orlando attractions are about a 2-hour drive away. Two large outlet shopping malls are within an hour drive. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers are all nearby. You can either spend quiet days at the beach or immersed in whatever kinds of activities you desire. You will need to rent a car to enjoy the area.
