1930's arts and crafts style house with extension offering front and back enclosed garden in a friendly relaxed and professional road in Bury St Edmunds. We have 2 living rooms, a large dining room, large kitchen, 3 wcs, shower room and a bathroom. 4 bedrooms, 2 have double beds and 1x sofa bed double and 2 have single beds but are double room size. Barbecue in garden and hens for your fresh eggs (not bbq!) Artists house with relaxed fresh style.

About the location

15 minutes walk across water meadows to town centre. Bury is a medieval grid town from 1200 with an abbey, cathedral, market 2x a week, abbey gardens and isoften in the top 10 towns in UK. 10 minutes walk into the countryside. 30 minutes into Cambridge, by car or train and 40 minutes from the coast. 1.5 hours by train into London.
Town offers excellent restaurants like Pea Porridge or Maison Bleu and a wide choice of independent shops as well as chain shops.
Many areas of culture and interest are nearby, like Ickworth house and park (National Trust) 5 minutes drive. West Stow Anglo Saxon village 15mins drive.
