House near Paris

A charming little house with a wild beautiful garden, located only 30 minutes from the center of Paris by transport.
All rooms have a south exposition, and are sunny and very quiet. The house is set in a private lane with no cars.

The house was built in 1920’s, but when we bought it, it was completely ruined. We have been renovated it since years, and mostly by ourselves. The house had hardly any original features, but we have decorated it with a mix of old French family furniture and some Finnish modern ones.
The house is on three levels. The lowest level includes dine-in kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet, the middle level is the entry level with a living and a dining room. The two bedrooms are in the second level and we will construit soon a second bathroom there. In the garden there is plenty of space, a barbecue, garden furnitures and children's playground.

About the location

Our house is situated a typical Parisian suburb, with plenty of little individual houses and gardens. Our district is not luxurious one, but extremely safe and easy to live in. There is shops, food markets, activity places as swimming pools and parks close, also public transports permits to live without a car if not wanted.
