Short journeys by local bus will take you to local 'villages' like Muswell Hill and Highgate offering an array of shops and restaurants, cinema, and fringe theatre, and to the rolling hundreds of acres of the famed Hampstead Heath with extensive meadows, woodland and natural swimming ponds.
