A beautiful three-bedroom (four beds), two-bathroom apartment, overlooking the amazing Bahia de Cadiz and the sea from its balcony and windows, in a peaceful, quiet luxury area, with a large garden.
It is a new, beautiful and comfortable apartment, and the beach Santa Catalina is only 5 min on foot and also restaurants, supermarket, and coffee bar are very close.
Sta Catalina is a fabulous beach with golden and fine sand, and Blue Flat beach by its purified, warm water and nature surroundings.
The historical town El Puerto de Santa Maria is to 4 Km! wiht direct bus services. The bus stop is in front our apartment !.

About the location

Extraordinary geographical location and climate, to unique and different tourist attractions and to its modern facilities and services, very well comunicated.
You can practice sailing, wind surfing, padel, horse riding, cycling, or golf . There are very good training centers in the area (Puerto Sherry sailing and wind surfing school).
There are free coffee bars, padel courts and restaurants close to the apartment.
You can enjoy the “Sherry route”, and Jerez, the universal known by its horses, flamenco and motor racing: is only 16 Km, or visit Cádiz, arriving on boat (20 minutes).
If you want you can take one day excursion and visit Sevilla (60 minutes by car/ by train), or Doñana Natural Reserve and Sanlúcar.You can visit Jerez de la Frontera (15' by train from Puerto Santa Maria).
