40 Miles north of San Diego

My condo is located approximately 1.5 miles from the ocean and train station.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, full bath attached (shower only, no tub) and a small balcony.
The guest bedroom has a double bed (sleeps 2). There is a full guest bathroom (shower/tub combo), not attached to the bedroom.
There is a balcony off the living room, with a propane bbq.
In the living room I have a 50 inch TV, full cable, and NetFlix.
The kitchen is small, but I have full sized appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven and dishwasher.
I also have a washer and dryer in my home.
The complex that the condo is in has a large pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and a small gym area.
I have a car which I am willing to exchange.
I have bamboo floors in the kitchen/dining area/living room and carpeting in the 2 bedrooms. It is an upstairs unit, so it has very high ceilings making it seem larger.
I also have wifi included as well as central air conditioning and heat.

About the location

Oceanside is a coastal city north of San Diego (about 40 miles) with a population of about 168,000. About 90 miles south of Los Angeles.

If you don't want to drive, the train station is not too far. There are commuter type trains that go south to San Diego, or north towards Los Angeles. I know that Southern California isn't known for mass transit, but with a little research you can actually make your way around. The station is also used for Amtrak, which is generally used more for longer distances (it costs more!). You could easily take public transportation to Disneyland, Hollywood, Angels baseball games, Padres baseball games, etc.

Oceanside has many shops, resturants, a few movie theatres. It has a beautiful beach, there is a nice pier, and a really nice harbor.
