Our home is a lovely detached homely family property, in 6 acres of fields, garden and woodland there is a stream too. There are 2 double spacious bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds. A family bathroom with shower toilet, basin and bath, there is also a separate toilet. There is a lovely spacious bright sitting/dining room, with a wood burning stove, with a joining bright conservatory. The kitchen is very colourful and well equipped , with a aga, there is also a conventional oven and hob, and dishwasher. The utility room is in an outbuilding just outside the kitchen.
About the location
Our home is in a rural location, 2 miles from penzance and a mile from the quaint fishing villages of newlyn and mousehole. there are lovely walks around the house and it's possible to walk to Lamorna throughout the woods and to mousehole. West Penwith is stunning, it boosts the most beautiful coastline, with magical coves and beaches. the famous Minack outdoor theatre is set on the cliff at Porthcurno. St Micheals mount is in the bay of penzance. St ives is a 1/2 hour drive away.
