3 bed home in Clapton, Hackney.

Our home is a spacious and bright 3 bedroom maisonette in Lower Clapton, East London. It has a large living room which opens to the kitchen. Mostly decorated by us, with wooden floors and white walls. We have 3 children so its safe and child friendly. One of our bedrooms has a raised bunk type bed (although quite low so fine from about 3 y/o) and the other bedroom is a babies bedroom but can easily be made into a double room with our futon bed. We also have baby cots available. We have a small mature green garden for barbecues or just lounging around. Our house is on a quiet, friendly residential street near Chatsworth Road.

About the location

We live near Chatsworth Road, which is a funky and vibrant area of Hackney, East London with cafes, restaurants and quirky shops. There are loads of pubs close by where you can get a pint or sunday lunch. Its also a very family friendly area. There is a lovely park at the end of our road, and its a 2 minute walk to the Lea River, which has an ice rink and horse riding, and the Middlesex Filter Beds nature reserves. Walking along the canal to the Olympic Park or Victoria Park whilst looking at the houseboats is a lovely pastime. Homerton Overland takes you to Stratford Intl or Highbury and Islington in about 15 minutes and is a 10 minute walk from our house.
