We moved to our home 9 years ago. It is a very large three storey traditional house that we have been working hard to improve (for example: a loft conversion, a rear extension, a sun terraces and lawn in the rear garden, kitchen-dinner and redecorated throughout). We live a 5 minute walk from the seafront (perfect for walking, cycling, windsurfing, wake boarding and sailing). Also we are very close to great restaurants, bars, charming local shops and large local parks.

We have recently completed the full renovation of our house. Our 60m back garden has been re-developed with a large sun terrace and BBQ area. As for the kitchen, we have completely renovated our kitchen-dinner to a very high standard. You will have a have the choice of 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located over 3 floors. You have full access to wifi, Netflix, 3 TV/DVD screens, Hi Fi, two dishwashers, washing machine, 3 ovens, tumble drier, bikes to fit all shapes and sizes, a BBQ area, fish pond and full width 6 metre bi-fold doors to the large garden.

Furthermore, we live close to major transport links that can take you into heart of the thriving city centre of Brighton in 15 minutes and we are a 10 minute walk from a mainline train station which can take you direct into the heart of London in just over an hour and to Gatwick International Airport in only 35 minutes.

We would ask you to keep an eye on our extremely friendly and easy going cat, Libby, and our exceeding easy to feed fish.

About the location

We live in Hove, which is beautiful, established and well appointed. It boasts great shops, cafes, restaurants, sports activities and a delightful seaside promenade. Just a ten minute walk can take you to the sea. Here you can find world class watersports, for example, `Lagoon Watersports` (http://www.lagoon.co.uk/hove-lagoon) which offers a great variety of well priced short courses for: sailing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, wake-boarding, power-boating, yatching, etc. These can be booked in advance.

In addition, we are a 10 minute bus ride from central Brighton - a wonderfully vibrant, artistic and flamboyant city, which is full of world class restaurants, cinemas, theatres and museums. It is home to the amazing Royal Pavilion, world famous pier and many, many other attractions.

Moreover, the local surrounding `South Downs` countryside area has been recently been declared a National Park of `Outstanding Beauty` - great for both walking, cycling and delightful country pubs.

Furthermore, we are a 10 minute walk from a mainline train station which can take you direct into the heart of London in just over an hour and to Gatwick International Airport in only 35 minutes.
