My little cottage is a small but qu=aint house, it has a driveway for 1 car, and open fire for the winter nights.
There is a small windy staircase leadiung to the first floor of which there are 2 double bedrooms.
About the location
I live in a rural location 20 minutes from the Peak District and 5 minute drive from the nearest city.
The village of Duffield is qaint and has a handful of shops and public houses, there are some beautiful walks. It is very central to lots of sightseeing around the midlands/ North region.
