We live in a semi detached house of mock Tudor design. It has a spacious kitchen diner and one bedroom downstairs which has bunk beds. This is a converted lounge that we use to house international students throughout the year. It would be a great room for children. There is ample space in the front for parking, and easy access to the city as described below. There is also a utility room downstairs for washing and ironing etc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms and quite sizeable, and one is small. The house is very decorated and in very good repair. The facilities are modern and function well. There is a sizeable back garden, which is south facing and has a patio and greenhouse. There is also a ground floor side extension that is used for storage and allows access directly from the back to front of the house.

About the location

We are in a small western suburb of Oxford. It is a quiet urban area, in a quiet and historic city. There are excellent transport links to the city centre (2 km away) in terms of buses, cycling and walking. The city has excellent train and bus connections to London and the rest of the country.
