We have a beautiful, modern and large resort style home on the famous Gold Coast. It is furnished in a contemporary style, is very modern and clean and we are looking for an exchange with a like-minded couple or family who will take the same pride in caring for our home as we will theirs. The location is private and quiet, and yet central at the same time. Our backyard overlooks parkland and we have a tropical landscaped pool and covered outdoor area to make the most of the Gold Coast's beautiful sub-tropical weather. The home is air-conditioned and includes a gourmet kitchen, media room, large separate lounge and dining area, study, reading area and 4 bedrooms.

About the location

We are both teachers and have 3 very well behaved and well-travelled children. Our home is located in the heart of the famous Gold Coast, which is one of the premier tourist destinations of Australia with access to spectacular beaches (5 minutes) , rainforest and mountains (30 minutes), theme parks (30 minutes), golf courses (across the road) and other world class sporting facilities, island cruises, shopping and dining (all within close proximity driving/public transport).
