Semi detached property with parking within 7 miles of London with good transport links
Our house is small but can easily accommodate 2 couples. We have a double bed in the spare room so is probably more suited to 2 couples over a family. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and the bathroom is next to the spare bedroom in the back. We have a small garden with patio set but it's nothing special.
There's a table in the kitchen which can be used for dining which sits 4. There's a downstairs toilet just in side the front door.
The lounge has a 3 seater lazy boy, a 2 seater and a 1 seater lazy boy. Our tv is 50 inches with a sound bar and sub.
We have a drive which could fit 2 cars.
About the location
We are close enough to London to enjoy it but also far enough away to enjoy a bit of peace. We are right next to lower Sydenham station which is 3-6 stops on the over ground to London bridge in less than 20 mins. We're in zone 4. Beckingham is right next to lower Sydenham which has parks and walks.
