We have two properties, one is in SEVILLA and the other one is in Huelva - LA ANTILLA is on the beach.

We want to swap one of our properties for one week in June in London. We've got the tickets already so we are looking for a deal. We are 3 guest.

SEVILLA:
Apartment one bedroom, double bed. 1 bathroom, kitchen, patio, garage. lift 1º floor.
There are some supermarkets less than 5 minutes walking in the area and bares where you can enjoy delucius Tapas and beer very cheap. There are also some local stores in front of the house where you can buy: fish, fruit, meat for a good qualitY and price. There is a park 15 minutes walking where you can have a picnic and enjoy the summer, You could use our bikes.

Principals Bus stops near to the house (3 minutes walking)
nº 12 bring you to the center ''Casco antiguo de Sevilla, La campana in 20 minutes.
and to the ''Macarena'' and ALAMEDA in 10/15 minutes.
nº 2 shopping center : ''Los arcos'' in 15 minutes.

We have a Parking in front of the building if you need to park a car.

Beach. - La Antilla. South of Spain.

We have a apartment in La antilla as well. It's a luxurious recidential area with 2 swimming pool, paddel court, mini golf, pub inside the area.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a big patio with access to the swimming pool. Lift. Ground floor. Garage. Accomodate up to 7 guest.
The beach is 5 minutes walking, and just close to the building there is a medical center and one Supermarket.
The principal street is 10 minutes walking ''La antilla'' or you can go to ''Islantilla'' it is a beautifult walk by the sea. It is a new area with cinemas, pubs, and bares.
