Semi-rural Norfolk

Our house is a semi-detached house. with a garden studio which has a wood burning stove. There is a large courtyard garden, a sun room and large front garden with cherry trees and a drive to park your car. The nearest station is 1.2 miles away, at Lingwood, really cute train station and a nice walk through fields! and 2 short stops to Norwich and further out to London for short stays in the city or to the North Norfolk coast. If you have a car its better as you can access the coast, a lovely beach at Winterton in 20mins and the broads too. The decor is contemporary, comfortable and relaxing. Digital TV and DVD player with a creative selection of DVD's. Kitchen has electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and a small freezer. The road we are situated on is fairly busy during the day but quiet at night and very convenient for trips out. The skies at night are full of stars! on most clear nights you can see a host of constellations and the planet Jupiter shining bright!

About the location

Located 2 miles from the village of Acle, where the local supermarket is and its the gateway to the Norfolk broads for boat hire! lovely river Ware at Strumpshaw RSPB and Buckenham marshes. Car is very useful unless you are keen walkers! or cyclists. Best beach nearby is the fantastic Winterton, wide sweeping sands and dunes with lovely pubs and beach cafe. Norwich is the main historic city with cool bars like Frank's Bar and lots pubs in the "Fine city" 2 hours from London Liverpool Street Station (good deals on first class travel if book early)
